Attitude Check workshops gives an opportunity for kids and adolescent teens to get advice, share helpful strategies or just listen and find motivation from others.  This workshop is multifaceted.  Together kids will explore the behavioral patterns and factors that influences the incidence, proliferation and control of unhealthy behaviors.  They'll get the best guidance they'll need to succeed and stay on track.  In fact, studies have shown that participation in groups results in significant improvements in weight loss, activity levels and quality of life.

Who should attend

Once an individual has decided to change a behavior, lose weight and get healthy, being consistent is critical to success.  That's the purpose of the LiveWisely 2020 Lifesttyle and Behavioral Attitude Check workshop.  It is beneficial to anyone who want to make a commitment to themselve and take their lifestyle to the next level.

  1. Increase your understanding of the relationship of between lifestyle behavior and its effect on health.
  2. Develop a plan of action for a lifestyle and behavioral change
  3. Investigate patterns of behavior and their correlation to lifestyles
  4. Review plan of action and commitment you made to yourself

Workshop overview

LiveWisely 2020 workshops are interactive and engaging. It enables individuals to pick up new skills and apply them to their personal life. Participants will be engaged, ask questions of the instructor and refer to handouts. This workshop will be used to gain knowledge and ideas from each other. They will then spend some time discussing how the new information applies to your life.
