This workshop will focus on the dynamics of heart rate training as it relates to physical activity. You'll discover the difference between dynamic, static and erratic heart rates while exercising.

Lesson Overview

We will use these workshops to gain knowledge and ideas from each other then spend some time discussing how the new information applies to your life.

45-60 minutes for each activity, depending on level of student discussion and involvement.  (It is possible to extend or eliminate some stages of the activities, depending on the amount of time available, the level of maturity and sophistication of the students, and the teacher’s goals for the lesson or lessons.)
